Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the Woodlands, where the atmosphere is great and the amenities add to the experience. The check-in process was seamless, and I loved the outdoor garden and pool area. Unfortunately, the indoor jacuzzi is missed, and there are minor updates needed in the rooms. Overall, it was a memorable experience, especially with the delicious breakfast offered!
We had a lovely weekend at the hotel, enjoying the beautiful views of the stream from our Streamside room. The room was spacious but had a tricky pocket door to the bathroom. While breakfast was advertised as included, that wasn't the case, which was disappointing. The pool was clean, and we had a great time at dinner and the nightclub. There were definitely some areas for improvement, particularly in room accessibility and communication about stair access.
My stay at the hotel was pretty disappointing overall. The location had some nice features, but the room conditions and noise levels were unacceptable. While the staff at the front desk were friendly, certain amenities like parking and the jacuzzi were not ideal. I was expecting a lot more for the price I paid.
I had high hopes for this hotel, especially since we were celebrating our anniversary, but it fell a bit short. While the scenic surroundings were stunning, the room was lacking in cleanliness and freshness. The service at the front desk was incredibly slow, which made things frustrating. Dining options were disappointing, and overall, it feels like the hotel could really benefit from updates and improvements.
